Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor - Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the recruitment and hiring process of our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and hiring process within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values.
  • Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage the screening and evaluation process of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for streamlining the hiring process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
