Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, selection, hiring, placement, performance evaluation, and feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Compensation and Performance Management: Develop and implement compensation plans, performance evaluations, and employee recognition programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
