As a People Manager at Citees, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to drive business success. With a focus on creativity and collaboration, Citees is a brand that values its employees as its greatest asset. We are seeking a leader who can develop talent, build strong teams, and inspire vision to ensure the needs of our shops are met flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling: Manage and optimize shop staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage of shifts.

- Compliance with Labour Regulations: Ensure all people management practices align with current regulations and promote a safe and fair working environment.

- Human Resources Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement effective tools to enhance team performance.

- Planning Tools: Manage digital tools for planning, monitoring, and evaluating staff performance.

- Communication and Conflict Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for labour conflicts and foster a culture of open and constructive communication.

- Coordination with Human Resources: Liaise with HR to manage employee terminations, contract adjustments, and other personnel-related matters.

Requirements:

- Degree in commerce, marketing, or HR.
