About the RoleWe're seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team in Sevilla. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and motivating your team, ensuring the correct daily running of the store, and achieving sales and profit performance goals. You'll also be responsible for building relationships with local retailers, creating brand opportunities, and ensuring visual merchandising processes are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coach team members to ensure business goals are met
- Develop and implement business analysis and action plans to recover situations
- Build relationships with local retailers to create brand opportunities
- Ensure visual merchandising processes are followed
- Offer inspiring and creative advice to customers
- Ensure operations procedures are followed and applied
- Monitor and report on store operations and customer experience
- Manage and maintain a constructive and motivating working environment
- Business School or Hospitality School degree (desired, not mandatory)
- Experience in Retail (mandatory) > 4 years
- Local Language + Additional (English Intermediate/advance) another language will be desirable
- Experience as Boutique Manager preferably in another Retail Company
- Microsoft Office: intermediate Excel & Power Point
- Key financial aspects of Store management (P&L, KPIs, drivers, Budget planning and follow-up)
- Qualitative measures of a Boutique performance (Mystery Shopping, NPS)
- Store Operational Standards
- People management experience, development & follow-up
