Director of Human Resources EMEA

Recurrent Energy is a leading developer of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources EMEA to lead our HR operations across the region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, and a proven track record of driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and promote employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Lead the EMEA HR teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services across the region.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and expansion into new markets.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations in the EMEA region.
Relevant certifications, such as SHRM or CIPD, are highly desirable. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region being a plus.
