Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department at KBR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting HR staff, managing HR processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and support HR staff in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  2. Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  3. Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by staying up to date with changes and advising management on necessary actions.
  5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
  6. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  7. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.
  8. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, payroll records, and reports.
  9. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, following established protocols and ensuring confidentiality.
  10. Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs, performance issues, and workforce planning strategies.
  11. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  12. Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
About the UABOS Program

KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more.

This is a five-year base period with three one-year options, ensuring these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.
