Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at John Clements Japan Desk (Persol Philippines). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel when necessary to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, to ensure a competitive and attractive benefits package.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff members to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With experience as HR Manager or equivalent in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Experience resolving labor union-related litigation and disputes.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a competitive salary range of Php80,000.00 to Php90,000.00 per month.
  • 8-hour shift schedule.
