About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Mets Logistics Inc. as a Human Resources Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the potential of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage labor relations, employee engagement, training, and other HR-related activities.
  • Support business growth through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our company's talents.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Human Resource Professional Certificate or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to handle data with confidentiality, and great decision-making and problem-solving skills.
