Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Buscoresi. As a Sales Development Representative - Spanish Market, you will play a crucial role in helping us become the industry standard for student housing in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and track the entire sales cycle between us and students.
- Understand and evaluate the needs of every lead, and provide dedicated support to help them find their ideal housing options.
- Attend to national and international users via phone, email, or chat, providing omnichannel communication.
- Give end-to-end operational and technical support to every booking, from the first inbound call until the day of check-in.
- Identify new opportunities in emerging markets and continuously assess, analyze, and report on the performance of your department.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience dealing with sales cycles and managing sales-related daily operations.
- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Superb time-management and organizational skills.
- Business sense and an analytical profile.
- Ability to work effectively as a tech-savvy individual with strong IT skills, experience with CRM software, and Excel.
- Creative self-starter and autonomous personality.
- Ambition and a high level of energy, with a strong team player mindset.
