About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Iberian region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead commercial management in the Iberian region, acting as the main client contact and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals, identifying growth opportunities and adapting product offerings.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional results.
  • Business Development: Grow revenue by pursuing new business and expanding the customer network, negotiating commercial terms with new and existing customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt product offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management, manage the sales budget, and monitor expenses to ensure financial performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 10 years of experience in agricultural or biological sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, business development, and negotiation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive network in the agricultural or biotechnology sector, focusing on AG input products, and knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices is a plus.
