Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Signaturit Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and Maintain Infrastructure: Deploy new versions, hotfixes, and new products on our test, pre, and production infrastructure.
  • User and Workstation Support: Provide support and setup for computers in PC and MAC environments, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and efficiently resolve technical issues, providing effective and clear solutions to our users.
  • Documentation and Asset Management: Control and maintain documentation and assets for the user's scope, including PC, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, and more.
  • Active Directory Management: Manage Active Directory users, groups, and devices, ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to our continuous improvement process by providing insights gained from customer support interactions, helping us to refine our processes and improve our services.
  • Compliance and Procedures: Follow our procedures and instructions for the Integrated Managing Systems of the company, ensuring compliance with our policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies (CFGS in Spain).
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate experience in Windows Desktop advanced administration, including solving issues, installing software, configuring, and more.
  • Networking Knowledge: Possess knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Windows Server Active Directory Operations: Have experience with Windows Server Active Directory operations.
  • Microsoft 365 Operation and Management: Be familiar with Microsoft 365 operation and management.
  • Linux and MacOs Knowledge: Have knowledge of Linux and MacOs operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality customer service and problem-solving, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
