Purpose of the Role :

This position aims to deliver IT support to the Operational Resilience Team, which is vital for maintaining the continuity of IT services. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the IT Operational Resilience Team and other IT teams.

Objectives of the Programme :

The Centre's mission is to provide reliable ICT services and innovative digital solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will operate under the direct supervision of the Head of Customer IT Resilience Team and the Chief of the Business Solutions Section, working in close partnership with the technical teams. Additional tasks of a similar nature may be assigned as necessary.

Production Support:

Deliver production support for Middleware components, including Access Manager/Authentication, distributed infrastructure, and bespoke applications. Manage application servers and the tailored e-Banking application.

Troubleshooting and Incident Management:

Diagnose technical issues while adhering to best practices. Assist in incident and problem management, including participation in governance processes.

Lifecycle Maintenance:

Support the comprehensive lifecycle maintenance of relevant systems and processes.

Anomaly Detection and Monitoring:

Oversee the Middleware system for irregularities and escalate as needed to ensure stability and security.

Project Support:

Serve as a technical contributor for various projects within the IT framework.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

Aid in the design, development, and upkeep of disaster recovery protocols. Incorporate approved changes into the procedures. Participate in executing recovery procedures and provide necessary post-recovery assistance.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and address technical challenges.

Documentation and Best Practices:

Maintain thorough technical documentation in accordance with industry standards. Stay updated on cloud computing technologies and apply this knowledge. Ensure familiarity with the organization's business continuity framework.
