About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Benelux team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert leads and create new opportunities leveraging advanced technology tools and sales techniques.
  • Drive business directly and enable indirect channel business development in the market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently hit Revenue and margin targets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, legal, technical, account managers, and product specialists.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to increase volume and maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of working in technology sales, complex, and multi-product.
  • Consultative selling and closing skills, with the ability to pitch multiple technology products and understand client goals.
  • Ability to accurately forecast and proactively manage the pipeline.
  • Strong focus on business goals, with a track record of high performance in achieving sales quotas.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with Finnish, Danish, and Swedish as a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and a data-driven decision maker, able to use data and numbers to formulate and sustain business proposals/plans.
