Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to end-users within our desktop computing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10
- Install and configure hardware and software, including deployment tools like SCCM
- Manage and maintain computer systems, including SOE and group policies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time and resources effectively
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
