Business Development Manager, Spain/Portugal

At Radio Holland, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Lead sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments, developing geographic expansion and sales strategies.
  • Engage with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions and optimize processes for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for Radio Holland, maintaining relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Generate leads, ensure timely follow-up, and register opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in NavCom technologies at all levels.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the market or industry landscape.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese language is a must.
  • Experience in developing business and sales strategies.
  • Master's relevant technical and business processes.
  • Experience in managing and negotiating high-value projects, technical projects, and contracts.
