At Games Workshop, we're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager in Europe. With a focus on account management, this role offers the perfect opportunity to explore a career in sales and drive growth with our client base.

About the Role

In this position, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with independent retailers across Europe. Your key objectives will include:

  • Maintaining regular communication with retailers to ensure they have the right product range in stock;
  • Providing expert advice to help them maximise sales opportunities and grow their business;
  • Identifying new sales channels and expanding our stockist program through customer commitment and long-term business relationships;

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent relationship-building skills, strong customer service abilities, and high-level multitasking and organisational skills. Additionally, you should be able to influence clients and drive sales growth.

The Offer

We're offering a competitive salary of €32,000 per annum, plus generous benefits, including 23 days' holiday, 12 public holidays, and a profit share bonus. You'll also enjoy relocation support, perks such as a 25-50% discount on our products, and a pension plan. Our working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Requirements

This role requires full proficiency in English, German, and Polish, as well as a degree or equivalent higher education qualification. A driver's licence is also essential for this position.
