Business Development Manager

Are you a results-driven sales or business development professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at the Albert Roger Group.
About the Role
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for key customers across Southern Europe.
- You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.
- Key responsibilities include identifying and developing customer relationships, building long-lasting relationships with customers, and identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
- You will also be responsible for managing lead/campaign forecasting and execution, maintaining customer data, and ensuring that all commercial aspects of the sale transaction are in the best interest of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales/business development with key retailers in the grocery channel.
- Experience within a non-food category, FMCG, being advantageous in beauty/personal care/hair care.
- Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Goal-focused with the ability to self-manage, build an active portfolio, and build effective customer relationships.
