**Job Title:** Global Performance Marketing Strategist

**About the Role:

Opera Software is seeking a highly skilled Global Performance Marketing Strategist to join our Mobile performance marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook & TikTok Ads.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Build and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook & TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance regularly and optimize towards performance KPIs.
  • Ideate new concepts and run AB tests to identify potential opportunities for scaling user growth through online channels.
  • Create quality ad content tailored to each market and in-line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure campaign spend is allocated efficiently within set budgets.
  • Work closely with the creative team and elaborate on creative briefs to ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and are refreshed regularly.
  • Collaborate with various marketing and product teams for coordinated campaigns and promoting feature updates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and results.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in Performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
  • Experience with Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc) and measurement & analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker etc).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding and copywriting.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
  • A good understanding of international markets - Exhibit a high degree of creativity to support the ideation of marketing campaigns that appeal to users in various countries.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets/numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends and ability to create well-structured and understandable reports.
  • Efficient time management and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must (able to write and speak fluently and idiomatically).
