User Acquisition Team Overview

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our User Acquisition team in Barcelona. As a global game developer, publisher, and innovator in the mobile games industry, we connect millions of people worldwide daily.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong quantitative foundation and excel in using analytical and creative skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing, implementing, and optimizing mobile campaigns on critical platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, DSPs, CTV, and Influencer marketing.
  • Locating, negotiating, and developing creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition.
  • Growing and handling marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe.
  • Designing and implementing A/B & multivariate testing and presenting results to related teams.
  • Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to complete breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, ad monetization, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing.
  • Being an expert in UA with key knowledge and raising flags for future potential issues.
  • Proactively sourcing new partners to diversify portfolio.

Requirements

At least 4 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years passionate for media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably in the mobile app space. Strong proficiency with MMPs and performance marketing channels, and people management experience is a huge plus.
