Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analytics Strategist to join our team as Global Marketing Effectiveness Analytics Lead. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing/media leaders to develop and deliver key components of our ambitious Global Marketing ROI measurement program. Your expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and data analysis will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving marketing investment effectiveness.

About the Program
Our company aims to advance the health of our planet, build positive communities, and support a healthy food system. To achieve this, we are launching a comprehensive program to increase marketing investment effectiveness through a systematization of Marketing Mix Modeling. The program includes building data foundations, deploying a hybrid model of semi-automated MMM, and creating a global MROI reporting system.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Analytics Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver key components of the program
  • Reviewing and analyzing user feedback to improve features and solutions
  • Presenting and communicating program progress to global and local leadership teams
  • Proposing new features and methodologies to improve measurement accuracy

Requirements
We are looking for a senior marketing analytics professional with 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, and proficiency in PowerBI. Familiarity with statistical modeling and agile project management principles is a plus.
