Job Summary

As a Marketing Analytics Project Manager at Semrush, you will be responsible for managing and executing analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute analytics projects to deliver timely and high-quality results
- Implement new Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) systems to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Coordinate marketing mix modeling (MMM) implementation projects to optimize marketing spending and improve return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Gather and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure campaign success
- Track objectives and propose enhancements to improve analytics capabilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics project management within a digital marketing environment
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms
- Experience with MTA and MMM tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
