Join Our Technical Service and Development TeamWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Ion Exchange Application Specialist to join our Technical Service and Development Team in EMEA. This is a technical position that requires you to work in the water solutions business to actively promote specific technologies and applications, with focus on Microelectronics, Energy / Power.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Become a subject matter expert on ion exchange resins to position DWS's products, providing technical guidance and consultation to internal teams (commercial) and external clients to ensure efficient and effective system designs, adequate operation, and offer guidance during troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues.
- Work closely with customers and extend technical support by way of selecting appropriate products, running models & optimizing design in cost-effective manner.
- Offer post-sales support for select projects as necessary.
