Job Title: German Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused German Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at City Job Offers in Valencia.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle and close incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maximize store revenue by upselling and cross-selling products to our German-speaking clients.
  • Manage online store promotions and campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on our portfolio of products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Manage post-sales tasks, including order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow-up, refund requests, and escalations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking clients.
