About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer activity, including calls, emails, and chat requests
  • Quote creation and follow-up with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Initiate and manage customer-related tasks, including order cancellations, claims management, and delivery follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our product portfolio and post-sales processes
Requirements
  • Proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English skills
  • Strong communication, customer-facing, and customer care skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling
  • IT knowledge and technical understanding
  • Ability to listen to customers and conduct effective qualification skills
