About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Hub Delivery team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local stores and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hub Delivery store owners and community leaders, fostering trust and cooperation.
  2. Store Management: Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores, ensuring they meet Amazon's high standards.
  3. Operations Support: Collaborate with the team to manage daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning tasks.
  4. Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery operations.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  6. Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to travel to visit Hub Delivery Stores and Delivery Stations, and adapt to non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
Requirements
  1. Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and communication.
  3. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  4. Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
  5. Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead by example.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Management Experience: Relevant experience in managing people and teams.
  2. Process Improvement: Ability to identify problems and build scalable processes to fix them.
