HR Specialist for Administrative and Happiness Management

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile HR Specialist to join our team at Skello. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a flawless administrative management of our employee cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes managing payroll, meal vouchers, and absences, as well as providing administrative support to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative tasks of the employee cycle, including payroll, meal vouchers, and absences
- Provide administrative support to managers and employees
- Ensure our standards are met in all areas of administrative management
- Lead the organization of team-buildings events and raise awareness about our corporate culture
Requirements
- Between one and three years of experience in HR, with a focus on administrative and happiness management
- Ability to enjoy both the rigor and focus needed to carry out administrative tasks and the creativity and boldness required to lead team-buildings
- Keen to learn and not afraid to try new things
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and Spanish
