Job Overview:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in the Ophthalmology market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market presence in key customers.
  • Present portfolio and equipment to clients, addressing their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers to establish and prioritize development plans in key private customers.
  • Track and report on action plan and sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in Ophthalmology, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Validated ability to develop and complete sales plans.
  • Fluent in English.
