Our Solution

We provide fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month, removing all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc. This gives choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere.

Current Status

Backed by some of Europe's best Venture Capital firms, we have successfully raised a Series A investment round of €27 million, which will help propel our growth throughout Western Europe and bring us closer to reaching our goals. We are currently ranked in the top 10 startups in Spain by LinkedIn, and we're looking to further build out our team, establish ourselves in our current markets, and expand our reach into multiple new markets.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to take on the Madrid Market and help us grow our business by building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses. The estimated salary for this role is around €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain B2B clients in Madrid.
  • Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and businesses in need of flexible accommodation solutions.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers, ensuring they see Ukio Apartments as their go-to partner for accommodation solutions.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals and employee or customer needs.
