Job Title: Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Location: Remote (US Time Zones: PST, CST, EST)
Estimated Salary: Up to 3300 USD per month.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours (aligned with US time zones)

Position Overview: As a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the pharmaceutical sector. This position focuses on prospecting, outreach, and client acquisition, leveraging various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing to generate leads and close sales. You will work autonomously, have flexibility, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct product demos and manage the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
  • Clinical Trial Research: Stay up-to-date with clinical trials, new treatments, and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications: We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven B2B sales experience (3-5 years), ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors. You should have strong client acquisition skills, a hunter mentality, and a track record of success. Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets is essential. Excellent self-management skills, thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also required. Availability to work in US time zones is necessary. Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or life sciences is essential. Quick adaptability and ability to learn on the go with minimal onboarding are highly valued.
Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Experience working in a global remote-first organization.
