Account Strategist Dach Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Strategist to join our team in Spain, ideally in Barcelona. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, providing top-level strategic account management, and developing close relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including German and English-speaking clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with clients' stakeholders across all levels.
  • Educate clients on Criteo's technology and solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
  • Plan, forecast, and negotiate yearly budgets.
  • Prepare and present presentations to clients.

About You:

  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in ad tech or agency.
  • Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated individual.
  • Solid track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong presentation and organization skills.
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Business proficient in German AND English, both spoken and written.
