About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service/Support Specialist to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch scientific and technical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellence in Operability: Maintain exceptional operability in all assigned solutions, including instruments, reagents, and software, by executing procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance. Train users to handle and use these solutions effectively.
  • Client Communication & Collaboration: Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients. Keep them informed about reagent updates and quality controls, and implement new protocols to enhance their experience.
  • Activity Reporting: Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required. Adhere to the quality reporting standards defined by Roche.
  • Commercial Support: Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.
Requirements
  • Education: High Education Training or Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.
  • Language: Fluent level of Spanish.
  • Geographic Mobility: Geographic mobility within the national territory - This position is a field role position and the candidate should be based in Barcelona's area.
  • Skills: Leadership and communication, Teamwork, In-depth knowledge of Roche's product and/or service portfolio, Stakeholder management and organizational knowledge, Customer orientation.
