Job Description:

CHEP is a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, and we're seeking a talented Sales and Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and executing CHEP's business strategy to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CHEP's relationship with a portfolio of customers to protect and grow revenue.
  • Develop and implement business plans to meet and exceed annual targets.
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities to drive new business.
  • Build networks and relationships with shareholders at all levels within customers' supply chains.
  • Develop and implement joint strategic plans with key customers to address topics such as growth, cost reduction, and sustainability.

Requirements:
  • Strong networking, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CHEP's value proposition.
  • Proficient use of MS Office.
  • Supply Chain Mapping.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • High level of English language proficiency.
  • Degree and equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of work experience.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Remote
