Global Sales and Growth Manager

Job Description:
CHEP is a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, and we're seeking a talented Sales and Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and executing CHEP's business strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CHEP's relationship with a portfolio of customers to protect and grow revenue.
- Develop and implement business plans to meet and exceed annual targets.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities to drive new business.
- Build networks and relationships with shareholders at all levels within customers' supply chains.
- Develop and implement joint strategic plans with key customers to address topics such as growth, cost reduction, and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Strong networking, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CHEP's value proposition.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Supply Chain Mapping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish language proficiency.
- High level of English language proficiency.
- Degree and equivalent.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
