We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Trainee to join our team at Six Senses Ibiza. As a Human Resources Trainee, you will assist in the recruitment process, support HR tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support HR tasks to ensure smooth operations and uphold the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional services.
- Interact with hosts and guests in a professional and courteous manner, and proactively seek feedback.
- Perform administrative tasks, including providing support and responding to HR inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyze metrics such as turnover rates.
- Maintain and update hosts' records and documentation.
As a Human Resources Trainee, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions, manage Mission Wellness Activities, and track hosts' progress. You will also assist with all hosts' events and initiatives, and uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
