The Opportunity
Wallapop is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead our Product Growth initiative. Reporting directly to the CPO, this role will define the growth strategy and roadmap to enable sellers and buyers organic expansion and amplify the network effect on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and other relevant teams to build and launch growth initiatives across tribes and programs.
- Leverage advanced analytics and experimentation to optimize growth performance and inform product roadmap.
- Continuously explore new growth opportunities to drive user growth across the funnel.
- Contribute to future product strategies by leveraging growth levers to drive user and revenue growth.
- Define key performance indicators to measure growth success, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management driving user growth in a consumer-facing product.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and other growth experiments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
