We are seeking an ambitious and driven Customer Success Ambassador to join our team at Meritt. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners looking to connect with trusted tradespeople.

No prior experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in sales. Our exceptional sales training program will equip you with the skills needed to qualify leads, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure every homeowner gets the help they need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their job or lead is handled quickly and effectively.
  • Qualify leads by asking key questions to understand homeowner needs and job requirements.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, building rapport and trust.
  • Gather and share insights with the product and commercial teams to help improve our platform.
  • Keep homeowner lead information accurate and up-to-date on our platform.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A natural eagerness to learn, ask questions, and understand customers' needs deeply.
  • A willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with homeowners, ask the right questions, and convey value clearly.
  • Resilience and determination to overcome challenges and achieve success.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year, plus benefits including:
