Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, transforming supplier relationships into strategic partnerships.
- Develop and present quotations for minor repairs, expansions, or unplanned services such as training and consultancy.
- Lead coordination with third-party vendors and ensure seamless communication with Dematic teams.
- Monitor and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely transfer to customer service.
- Communicate lessons learned and new market opportunities to stakeholders.
- Inform customer service about market processes and pain points.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through NPS metrics.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in engineering or related field.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in escalation management and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a plus for experience in the intralogistics market.
