Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, transforming supplier relationships into strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and present quotations for minor repairs, expansions, or unplanned services such as training and consultancy.
  • Lead coordination with third-party vendors and ensure seamless communication with Dematic teams.
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely transfer to customer service.
  • Communicate lessons learned and new market opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Inform customer service about market processes and pain points.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through NPS metrics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in engineering or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience in escalation management and customer relationship management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a plus for experience in the intralogistics market.
