**Descripción del empleo**
Estamos buscando un Sales Area Manager especializado en industria para unirse a nuestro equipo ubicado en Madrid y dar atención a nuestros clientes en Madrid y Castilla La Mancha.
En este puesto, serás responsable de desarrollar relaciones con clientes, directos e indirectos, a largo plazo, tanto en venta de maquinaria como de servicios (contratos de mantenimiento, alquileres de instalaciones y venta de repuestos). Proporcionará también conocimientos y consultas en forma de desarrollo de soluciones relacionadas con nuestros productos para los problemas del cliente, incluida la consideración financiera y basada en la eficiencia.
**Funciones**
- Determinar las necesidades, desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de negocios específico en su zona para identificar los requisitos de apoyo mutuo a largo plazo necesarios para facilitar una asociación sólida, rentable y exitosa con clientes directos e indirectos.
- Convertir clientes potenciales en oportunidades asignando el proceso de ventas apropiado, identificando a los miembros del equipo del proyecto requeridos, haciendo asignaciones y comunicando los próximos pasos en el proceso.
- Responsable del despegue del proyecto, selección, propuesta de precios y estrategia de venta, e integración de equipos, controles y servicios.
- Uso activo de nuestro CRM como herramienta de gestión, análisis y seguimiento del negocio.
**Requisitos**
- Se valorará licenciatura en ingeniería, tecnología de ingeniería, negocios o equivalente de un colegio o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiência.
**Competencias clave**
- Es necesario el dominio del inglés, otros idiomas serán valorados

Jornada completa: De lunes a viernes: De lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 17:00 (horario entrada/salida flexible) y los viernes de 8:00 a 14:30 horas. Horario reducido también en verano según calendario.

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Sales Area Manager specialized in industry to join our team located in Madrid and support our customers in Madrid and Castilla La Mancha.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing long term direct and indirect customer relationships, both in machinery sales and services (maintenance contracts, facility rentals and spare parts sales). You will also provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing product-related solutions to customer problems, including financial and efficiency-based consideration.
**Responsibilities**
- Determine needs, develop and execute a specific business plan in your area to identify the long-term mutual support requirements necessary to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership with direct and indirect customers.
- Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying required project team members, making assignments and communicating next steps in the process.
- Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing proposal and sales strategy, and integration of equipment, controls and services.
- Active use of our CRM as a business management, analysis and tracking tool.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or college equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus.
**Key Competencies**
- Fluency in English is required, other languages would be an asset.

Permanent contract
Full time: Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible start/finish time) and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30. Reduced working hours also in summer according to calendar.
