This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Team Lead to take leadership on everything related to retail operations in Iberica, in a fast-growth environment.

To ensure we can keep up with the growth, we are looking for a skilled Team Lead who contributes to the improvement of operational excellence for the retail in our markets and the optimization of retail supporting stock management; systems implementations and improvements; Risk and Fraud processes and communications tools.

The Team Lead will oversee operational processes and impact of backbone tools, systems and programs to support smooth and stable daily retail operations for our shops in Iberica.

Internal partner for the several support and retail operations departments at central head office.

Ensures full support to the markets and at central head office by leading a high-performance retail operational excellence support team.

This matches you as Retail Operations Team Lead:

  • Works closely with the local Retail Operational Excellence Coordination and Communication team, and multiple central head office Retail teams.
  • Liaises with Retail Coordinators and Area Managers.
  • Reports to Retail Operations Manager Iberica
  • Liaises with external stakeholders related to projects
  • Pro-active approaches, connects and implements actions for improvement based on findings or requests.
  • Project lead for continuous improvement of Retail operational excellence topics

You are flexible, assertive and you love to contribute to a growing organization where your input makes us work more effectively and efficiently every day.

You also value accuracy and of course teamwork.

You are available for national and international travel.

You have a high level of English and Excel.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a retail environment and managing a team.

Operational experience of working for a cosmetic brand is appreciated.

Experience in co-working on complex retail projects.

Eye for (retail) detail and able to oversee impact
