We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and influencing prospective members to experience the benefits of our health and fitness clubs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for hitting sales targets, onboard new members, and providing exceptional customer service. You will spend approximately 70% of your time working within an office environment, making outbound calls to inspire and engage potential customers, while the remaining 30% will be spent showcasing our amazing clubs and influencing lifestyle changes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by exceeding monthly targets and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard new members, providing them with an exceptional first-class experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication across departments.

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • A flexible attitude towards working patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
