About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm App Marketing Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam or Barcelona. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and emails.
  • Work closely with our CRM App Lead to create engaging promotional campaigns that support app retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimize and improve results.
  • Benchmark against market competitors to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop high-quality marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1+ years of commercial marketing experience in an international e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience designing and creating push notifications, in-app, or email campaigns in an ESP.
  • Strong analytical skills with an affinity for customer data.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
