About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at Storio group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with our CRM App Lead to design and execute promotional campaigns that fuel customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimize and improve results.
- Benchmark against market competitors to define market trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging marketing materials, including push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and emails.
- Set up and manage A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve channel scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least 1+ years of commercial marketing experience in an international e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience designing and creating push notifications, in-app, or email campaigns in an ESP.
- Strong analytical skills with an affinity for customer data and a solid understanding of mobile creative requirements, app marketing trends, and best practices.
- Ability to combine operational and strategic work effectively, communicate with all levels of the business, prioritize and manage assignments to meet deadlines, and establish solid relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic.
- Experience with Looker and Adobe Analytics.
- Affinity and interest in technical projects.
