About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager, specialising in the construction and renewable energy sectors. As part of our dynamic recruitment agency, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from companies in the UK that are actively hiring permanent or contract workers.

What We Offer:
  • Uncapped Earnings Potential: During the probation period, you'll earn 10-15% per successful placement, translating to anywhere from £300 to over £1,000 per placement. Top performers can expect to earn significantly more, with monthly earnings ranging into several thousand pounds based purely on your drive and ambition.
  • Path to Salary & Commission: After the probation period, you'll transition into a salaried position (PAYE), with commission earnings on top. There's no cap on what you can earn, and your income grows as you build your client base and establish long-term relationships.
  • Full Support & Training Provided: We will provide you with everything you need to succeed, including training, a laptop, headset, and ongoing mentorship from industry professionals.
  • Covered Expenses: During your probation, food, drink, and certain business-related expenses will be covered, allowing you to focus entirely on growing your earnings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Leads: Identify and contact potential clients across the construction, renewable energy, and building services sectors.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Gather essential information on hiring needs, key contacts, and recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Pass detailed qualified leads to the Director or other team members to drive successful placements.
