What We Offer:- Uncapped Earnings Potential: During the probation period, you'll earn 10-15% per successful placement, translating to anywhere from £300 to over £1,000 per placement. Top performers can expect to earn significantly more, with monthly earnings ranging into several thousand pounds based purely on your drive and ambition.
- Path to Salary & Commission: After the probation period, you'll transition into a salaried position (PAYE), with commission earnings on top. There's no cap on what you can earn, and your income grows as you build your client base and establish long-term relationships.
- Full Support & Training Provided: We will provide you with everything you need to succeed, including training, a laptop, headset, and ongoing mentorship from industry professionals.
