We're seeking a talented Market Development Strategist to join our EMEA Inside Sales team, a key component of our Global Commercial Operations & Market & Business Development group.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities across all SBUs, creating customized outreach plans to connect decision-makers and influencers with our sales team.
- Collaborate with Consultative Sales Directors, Solutions Consultants, Commercial Operations, Therapeutic Franchise staff, and SBU leadership to drive sales strategy and growth.
- Research and analyze geographic territories, account pipelines, and market trends to inform outreach efforts.
- Develop strategic plans for target accounts, create individualized outreach plans, and communicate proposed strategies to the sales team.
- Adapt successful strategies and tactics to meet market demands and financial targets.
- Proven ability to research and analyze complex market data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
