Job Title: Sales Manager - Elite Business Unit

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Elite Business Unit in EMEA, focusing on Mid-Market customers in the Sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Hybrid field/remote L2 AEs and CSMs to drive new sales and revenue growth.
  • Oversee customer success and retention targets, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute sales marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coach and develop individual contributors on their teams.
  • Make critical decisions across the Mid-Market team, including revenue forecasting and attainment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of transactional sales management experience in multiple countries.
  • Previous Manager-level experience and management of medium teams (10+ people) and ARR targets over $4M.
  • Fluency in at least 2 European languages and in English.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.
