About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant Dyson customer care team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries, and providing solutions to issues related to their orders or devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell new and exciting Dyson products to customers.
  • Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers on Dyson Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of Dyson's products and brand values.
Requirements
  • Fluent level of written and spoken French.
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented approach to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload with the ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer
  • Starting salary: 21,000€ gross per year.
  • Full-time position with a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm, 5 days/week).
