Sales Manager

EF English Live is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the ROW and New Markets team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales experience, with 2 years in management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Providing coaching, training, and guidance to enhance sales team skills and performance.
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Fluent English; any other language is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
EF English Live offers a fixed salary + commission plan, 28 days holidays, and a flexible remuneration plan.
