About the Role
We are seeking a Cruise Expert to convert leads into sales, through building a trusting relationship with customers. You will manage multichannel active interactions, to meet your productivity goals in line with Company's objectives. As a key ambassador of Costa, you will promote our Brand to create amazing holiday experiences for our Guests. At Costa, we value and actively promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a fluent level of French, demonstrating exceptional grammar and spelling skills in both spoken and written communication. Proficiency in English or Spanish is also highly valued. A solid sales background and previous customer-facing experience, particularly in B2B or B2C, will be advantageous. If you have prior experience in multi-channel customer support, strong communication skills, and are achievement and goal-oriented, we encourage you to apply.
