Sales Associate II Specialist

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals by utilizing Coach selling skills and delivering service that meets expectations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following proficiencies:
- Understand individual productivity's impact on the store;
- Behave like a brand ambassador;
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor;
- Consistently achieve sales goals;
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously;
- Anticipate and meet customers' needs;
- Service all customers according to Coach Approach standards;
- Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet performance standards;
- Demonstrate professional ethics;
The ideal candidate has previous experience in retail service environments and good English proficiency.
