About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Channel Operations and Reporting Analyst to join our team at Acronis. As a key member of our Channel Operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical analytics and reporting functions to support the productivity of our Channel Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Channel Chief, Channel Program Managers, and Sales Leaders on business reporting and partner performance analysis.
  • Create and manage sales dashboards to provide visibility to sales and leadership on key metrics.
  • Analyze channel KPIs against targets to support the evaluation and improvement of channel performance.
  • Fulfill regular and ad-hoc reporting requests by creating timely, accurate, and clear reports.
  • Enhance reports on an ongoing basis to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Maintain and analyze channel operations governance reports related to partner levels in the Acronis Partner Program against qualification criteria.
  • Assist in the preparation of the partner rebates planning process for the Global Channel Team.
  • Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support the effective implementation of operations processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and areas for automation.
  • Support the Global Channel Team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Sales/Channel Operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of Statistics - developing and studying methods for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting empirical data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Structured approach, strong analytical skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environments.
  • Highly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructively.
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role.
  • Strong communications and cross-functional management skills.
  • Bachelor or Master degree (Economics, Business Studies, Computer Science is a plus).
