Role Overview

The Global Channel Operations and Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role in overseeing channel analytics on a global scale. This position is essential for providing the reporting and analytical support necessary for enhancing the productivity of the Channel Team. Key responsibilities include business planning analysis, comprehensive reporting, sales quota management, and the optimization of channel processes. This role reports directly to the Channel Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Channel Chief, Channel Program Managers, and Sales Leaders with business reporting and performance analysis of partners.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards to provide visibility into managed metrics for sales and leadership.
  • Evaluate channel KPIs against established targets to support the enhancement of channel performance.
  • Respond to regular and ad hoc reporting requests by generating timely, accurate, and clear reports, continuously improving their quality.
  • Oversee and analyze channel operations governance reports related to partner levels within the Acronis Partner Program.
  • Support the Global Channel Team in the planning process for partner rebates.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Facilitate the effective implementation of operational processes, identifying areas for potential improvement.
  • Recognize opportunities for automation, develop requirements, and lead automation initiatives in collaboration with the Cyber Systems Team.
  • Assist in the deployment of sales tools, policies, and guidelines to standardize high-quality channel sales processes globally.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes within the Global Channel Team.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Channel Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods for data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Structured thinking and robust analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Capable of navigating ambiguity in multi-country and cultural contexts.
  • Positive attitude with a constructive approach to conflict resolution.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role, demonstrating strong communication and cross-functional management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Studies, or Computer Science is advantageous.
